The design of the helical internal gear is in principle the same as that of the helical outer gear. Any basic rack form used for external helical gears can be applied to internal helical gears. However, internal gear drives have several limitations. Not only all those that apply to external gears, but also a few others that are specific to internal gears. As with external gears, interference must be avoided in order to ensure effective tooth action.
We have three production lines for internal gears also calls ring gears like spur ring gears and helical ring gears ,usually spur ring gears will be done by our broaching machines to meet ISO8-9 accuracy ,if broaching plus grinding which could meet ISO5-6 accuracy ,however helical ring gears will be done by our power skiving machines ,which could meet ISO5-6 accuracy well ,which was more regular for small helical ring gears .
