These conical pinion gear was module 1.25 with teeth 16 ,that used in gearmotor played the function as sun gear .The pinion helical gear shaft which was done by hard-hobbing ,the accuracy met is ISO5-6 .Material is 16MnCr5 with heat treat carburizing. The hardness is 58-62HRC for teeth surface. -
