Security Inspections
Implement comprehensive safety production inspections, focusing on critical areas such as electrical stations, air compressor stations, and boiler rooms. Conduct specialized inspections for electrical systems, natural gas, hazardous chemicals, production sites, and specialized equipment. Designate qualified personnel for cross-departmental checks to verify the operational integrity and reliability of safety equipment. This process aims to ensure that all key and critical components operate with zero incidents.

Safety Education and Training
Execute a three-tier safety education program across all organizational levels: company-wide, workshop-specific, and team-oriented. Achieve a 100% training participation rate. Annually, conduct an average of 23 training sessions on safety, environmental protection, and occupational health. Provide targeted safety management training and assessments for managers and safety officers. Ensure that all safety managers pass their evaluations.

Occupational Health Management
For areas with high risks of occupational diseases, engage professional inspection agencies biannually to assess and report on workplace conditions. Provide employees with high-quality personal protective equipment as required by law, including gloves, helmets, work shoes, protective clothing, goggles, earplugs, and masks. Maintain comprehensive health records for all workshop staff, organize biannual physical examinations, and archive all health and examination data.

Environmental Protection Management

Environmental protection management is vital for ensuring that industrial activities are conducted in a way that minimizes environmental impact and adheres to regulatory standards. At Belon, we are committed to rigorous environmental monitoring and management practices to maintain our status as a “resource-saving and environment-friendly enterprise” and an “advanced environmental management unit.”
Belon's environmental protection management practices reflect our dedication to sustainability and regulatory compliance. Through vigilant monitoring, advanced treatment processes, and responsible waste management, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint and contribute positively to ecological preservation.

Monitoring and Compliance
Belon conducts annual monitoring of key environmental indicators, including wastewater, exhaust gas, noise, and hazardous waste. This comprehensive monitoring ensures that all emissions meet or exceed established environmental standards. By adhering to these practices, we have consistently earned recognition for our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Harmful Gas Emissions
To mitigate harmful emissions, Belon utilizes natural gas as a fuel source for our boilers, significantly reducing the emission of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides. Additionally, our shot blasting process occurs in a closed environment, equipped with its own dust collector. Iron dust is managed through a cyclone filter element dust collector, ensuring effective treatment before discharge. For painting operations, we use water-based paints and advanced adsorption processes to minimize the release of harmful gases.

Wastewater Management
The company operates dedicated sewage treatment stations equipped with advanced online monitoring systems to comply with environmental protection regulations. Our treatment facilities have an average capacity of 258,000 cubic meters per day, and the treated wastewater consistently meets the second level of the “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.” This ensures that our wastewater discharge is managed effectively and meets all regulatory requirements.

Hazardous Waste Management
In managing hazardous waste, Belon employs an electronic transfer system in compliance with the “Solid Waste Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Standardized Management of Solid Wastes.” This system ensures that all hazardous waste is properly transferred to licensed waste management agencies. We continuously enhance the identification and management of hazardous waste storage sites and maintain comprehensive records to ensure effective oversight and control.
