Cylindrical gear drive  

When two gears engage and the spindles of the gears are parallel to each other, we call it parallel-shaft gear transmission.  Also called cylindrical gear drive.  

Specifically divided into the following several aspects: spur gear transmission, parallel shaft helical gear transmission, miter gear transmission, rack and pinion transmission, internal gear transmission, cycloid gear transmission, planetary gear transmission and so on.

Bevel gear drive  

If two spindles are not parallel to each other, it is called intersecting shaft gear drive, also known as bevel gear drive.  

Specifically divided into: straight tooth cone gear drive, bevel gear drive, curve tooth bevel gear drive.

Staggered shaft gear drive  

When the two spindles are interlaced on different surfaces, it is called staggered shaft gear transmission.  There are staggered helical gear drive, hypoid gear drive, worm drive and so on.
